Compassionate Therapist Wanted for School Position

Estimated Salary Range: $65,000 - $90,000 per yearJob DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated and passionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide occupational therapy services to students with diverse needs in Lake City, FL.
The successful candidate will have minimum 1+ years of occupational therapy experience and be able to work in a supportive school environment, helping students achieve their fullest potential.
- Provide occupational therapy services to students with diverse needs, focusing on improving functional abilities to participate in classroom activities.
- Conduct evaluations and assessments to determine students' needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support students' academic and social success.
- Implement therapeutic interventions to address fine motor skills, sensory processing, self-care, and other areas as needed.
- Monitor and document student progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Florida state licensure or eligibility for licensure.
- Experience working with school-aged children preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply.
