Tractor Mechanic Specialist

We are a leading provider of agricultural machinery solutions, seeking skilled Tractor Mechanic Specialists to join our team.

As a Tractor Mechanic Specialist, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining tractors along with attachments and implements. Your expertise will also extend to ATV/UTV diagnosis, repair, and maintenance, including accessories and attachments.

• Equipment Repair and Maintenance: Troubleshoot and repair defective equipment, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
• Preventative Maintenance: Perform routine checks to prevent mechanical issues and ensure smooth operations.
• Timely Work Order Response: Respond to work orders in a timely fashion to meet customer expectations.
• Safety and Compliance: Adhere to all safety policies and procedures, maintaining a safe working environment.

• Experience: Previous experience in Tractor/Diesel Mechanics or ATV/UTV Mechanics is essential.
• Mechanical Aptitude: Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills are required.
• Familiarity with Shop Environment: Familiarity with shop environment and ability to handle physical workload.
• Licensure and Certifications: Valid Driver's License Required, and ability to possess proper tools for the job (OEM Specialty Tools are supplied by the shop).

The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
