Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food and Beverages Attendant to join our team at The Westin Maui Resort & Spa. As a key member of our food and beverage operations, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and organization in our work areas, ensuring guest satisfaction through professional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, including setting up, stocking, and maintaining work stations.
  • Complete closing duties, including storing reusable goods, breaking down equipment, and cleaning all areas.
  • Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional, and maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
  • Welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards, and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • No prior experience necessary, but a positive attitude and commitment to team goals are essential.
  • Able to lift, carry, and move objects weighing less than 50 pounds without assistance.
  • Must be able to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods of time, and move over sloping or uneven surfaces.
