Emergency Department Nurse Position in Republic, Washington

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Emergency Department nurse to join our team at MedPro Healthcare Staffing. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced emergency department setting.
Estimated Salary and BenefitsThe estimated salary for this position is $_______ per week, based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week. This includes a tax-free stipend amount that will be determined. Job Description and ResponsibilitiesThis Emergency Department nurse position requires a strong background in critical care nursing with experience in assessing, intervening, and stabilizing patients with various trauma and illnesses. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to prioritize injuries based on medical need, make quick and accurate assessments about incoming patients, and provide timely interventions to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- You will assess, intervene, and stabilize a variety of trauma and illnesses with decisive action.
- You must be knowledgeable about general as well as specific health issues.
- You must properly understand triage in order to prioritize injuries based on medical need.
- You will make quick and accurate assessments about incoming patients, including both physical and mental health conditions.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have an active RN license, a degree from an accredited nursing program, and at least eighteen months of recent experience in an Acute Care Emergency Room setting. You may also be required to hold certifications such as BLS, ACLS, PALS & TNCC. A strong background in critical care nursing with experience in assessing, intervening, and stabilizing patients with various trauma and illnesses is essential.
