As a Senior Sales Executive, you'll be part of a team of self-motivated, high-achieving sales professionals helping banks improve their commercial product offerings. By providing industry-leading solutions in ACH, Wires, Real Time Payments, FedNow, Instant Payments, Cross Border Payments, and SWIFT, you'll drive some of the most exciting new technology in fintech while advancing the way the world pays, banks, and invests.

What You Will Be Doing:
  • Sell products and/or services and develop new account relationships.
  • Solicit and maintain a network of prospects.
  • Initiate contact with prospective customers to sell targeted FIS products and/or services.
  • Work as a member of a sales team to sell assigned products or services to identified key accounts.
  • Demonstrate product knowledge, including various solutions, markets, and competitive intelligence.
  • Prepare and present proposals to clients using FIS resources and tools.
  • Negotiate, structure, and close deals that meet customer expectations and FIS's ability to deliver.
  • Assist in the development of sales plans and strategies.
  • Meet sales goals and objectives.
  • Other related duties assigned as needed.
What You Will Need:
  • Experience selling ACH, Wires, Real Time Payments, FedNow, Instant Payments, Cross Border Payments, and/or SWIFT solutions into banks.
  • Good understanding of FIS products and services.
  • General knowledge of financial and/or payment solutions technology, including systems, applications, and banking practices.
  • Requires expert negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Requires solid decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Analytical skills are required to determine client business needs and requirements.
  • Ability to remain calm under various levels of pressure.
  • Ability to show an established track record of involvement in industry trade groups, preferred.
  • Requires the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all levels of management (internally/externally), employees, clients, and public.
  • Travel is required.
