Job Title: Patient Services Manager

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year

About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to lead our patient services team. As a Patient Services Manager at Lone Star Circle of Care, you will be responsible for managing the program registration and benefits assistance processes in our clinics and service lines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure effective communication of program updates and changes throughout the organization.
  • Provide coverage and support working closely with the patient services team.
  • Assist practice administrators, associate practice administrators, and clinic site managers in scheduling and assigning staff.
  • Respond to patient escalation contacts in a timely manner.
  • Maintain and provide reports daily, weekly, monthly, and as assigned.
  • Monitor software/technologies used in the department and report technical issues.
  • Attend meetings, training, and conferences as required.
  • Provide flexibility by working varying shifts and traveling to different work locations as needed.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED required; associates degree or higher preferred.
  • Minimum 3-4 years experience in healthcare assistance programs preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in program eligibility or related human-services work preferred.
  • Medical program application completion and enrollment experience is preferred.
