Position Summary

The HR Intern will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with employees at all levels of the organization. The individual will support multi-facet Human Resources (HR) functions, including employee relations, recruitment, compliance, payroll, and performance management. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who wants to make a contribution and have the full accountability of HR in a growing environment.

Essential Responsibilities
  • Maintains excellent relationships with both direct business partners and peripheral departments.
  • Identifies necessary resources and sourcing methodology to speed up the acquisition of talents.
  • Deals with organizational analysis or change, from the drafting of organization charts to the proposal of optimal organization solutions.
  • Maintains and communicates out on key HR metrics and reports.
  • Maintains employee data in HRIS System.
  • Manages performance functions, including annual performance review process.
  • Manages local recruitment cycle from sourcing to on-boarding.
  • Proactively makes recommendations to improve HR operations and value added to business operations.
  • Additional responsibilities and assignments to be assigned as needed by management.
Position Requirements
  • Pursuing a bachelor's degree in human resources with a graduation date of May 2025 or later.
  • Ability to work part-time, 20 hours per week during the 2024 Fall semester.
  • Ability to frequently travel domestically, estimated 20% travel.
  • Exceptional employee relation skills, interpersonal skills, and communication skills required.
  • Excellent organizational skills, time management, and project prioritization skills required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required.
