Job Overview

The Administrative Operations Manager plays a crucial role in PerfectWater's success by overseeing all administrative tasks in the office.

This position is responsible for preparing A/P reports, managing insurance policies, and ensuring company financial records are accurate and promptly available.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of filing and updating company documents.
  • Coordinate basic Human Resource functions and oversee tax filings as needed.
  • Maintain an orderly and organized office environment.
  • Daily oversight of software integrations with QuickBooks Online.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Manage A/R & A/P, process payroll with Gusto integrations, and deposit checks.
  • Enter Customer Payments and maintain office supplies.
  • Phone reception and call distribution as needed, and communicate effectively with the team.
  • Team member Onboarding and management of insurance policy.

Requirements / Skills / Qualifications:

  • Understanding of Microsoft Suite and basic QuickBooks functions.
  • Ability to learn new software programs quickly.
  • High attention to detail and skilled in written and verbal communication.

Bonus Points:

  • Office Management experience, particularly with QuickBooks.

We estimate the salary for this position to be around $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
