We are seeking a highly skilled Multimedia Specialist to join our Visual Communication Group in Irvine, CA. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with engineers and scientists to create engaging animations, graphics, and visualizations that effectively communicate complex technical concepts.
Key Responsibilities- Develop 3D models, animations, and visualizations using Autodesk 3D Studio Max and Vray rendering.
- Manage visualization projects from concept to delivery, ensuring timely and high-quality results.
- Collaborate with engineers and scientists to conceptualize and develop visualization projects that meet their needs.
- Work with data such as laser scans, CAD, and motion simulation to create accurate and informative visualizations.
- Compositing and editing project assets into final deliverables.
- Produce graphics and presentations that effectively convey complex concepts and scenarios.
- Bachelor's degree in Animation, CAD, or Digital Video Production-related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in forensic/scientific/engineering visualization.
- Expertise in Autodesk 3D Studio Max and Vray rendering.
- Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Experience working with laser scan data and prior experience with accident reconstruction, photogrammetry, and video analysis a plus.
Exponent offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience and capabilities. Our total compensation plan includes base salary, annual bonus, and 401(k) employer contribution of 7% of base salary.
