Job Overview

B H, Inc. is seeking a Senior Construction Estimator to join our team in Vernal, UT. As a key member of our preconstruction division, you will be responsible for managing projects from initial customer contact to final job setup.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with subcontractors, owners, and architects
  • Manage project budgets and estimates
  • Collaborate with operations team to execute projects according to estimates
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3+ years experience estimating projects in commercial general contracting
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with estimating software and processes
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $90,000+ DOE, paid weekly, as well as benefits including health, vision, dental, life insurance, a 401k plan with a match, and paid time off (PTO).
