About the Opportunity

This is an exciting chance for a motivated construction professional to join Michael Page and invest in your career. As a Junior Project Manager, you will be part of our established project management team and gain exposure to all facets of commercial construction.

Our client is a renowned New York City general contractor and construction management firm with a deep project pipeline across various sectors, including healthcare, commercial interiors, aviation, educational, and institutional projects.

Responsibilities
  • Review technical documents such as shop drawings, submittals, blueprints, and architectural drawings.
  • Create and manage construction project schedules.
  • Direct and oversee subcontractors and deliveries.
  • Maintain accurate records of project documentation.
  • Coordinate tasks among numerous subcontractors, handle contract correspondence, manage submittals, RFI's, requisitions, and change orders.
Requirements
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in construction.
  • Proven organizational skills and ability to multitask to meet deadlines for proposal submissions and project completion.
  • Strong leadership abilities and teamwork mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and internet search.
  • Prior experience in healthcare, public agency, or aviation industries is advantageous.
What We Offer
  • A competitive base salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
