Job Summary: As a Warehouse Coordinator II at Levi Strauss & Co., you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse. Your primary responsibility will be to provide assistance and support to warehouse management and employees, communicating the status of workflow and performing miscellaneous duties to meet the work plan needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform all warehouse functions in assigned areas, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Assist with training of employees, promoting a culture of knowledge sharing and development.
  • Support Supervisor/Manager with daily and monthly paperwork, maintaining accurate records and reports.
  • Maintain open communication and coordinate workload requirements with all appropriate personnel, fostering a collaborative team environment.
  • Knowledge of company policies and warehouse procedures, ensuring compliance and adherence.
  • P.C. Skills, with the ability to learn and utilize Red Prairie, SAP, and other software programs as needed.
  • Monitor assigned areas to identify problems and provide assistance, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption.
  • Coordinate work with other areas to ensure workload requirements are met, promoting a culture of teamwork and cooperation.
  • Ensure errors are corrected within a timely manner, minimizing the impact on workflow and productivity.
  • Work in all areas as needed, including the first and second floors, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
  • Ability to interact within a team environment, promoting a culture of collaboration and respect.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule to ensure the needs of the facility are met, demonstrating a commitment to the team and the organization.
  • Ability to operate facility equipment needed to perform job functions within assigned areas, ensuring safety and efficiency.

  • Stock Picker certification, with the ability to operate equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Ability to work at different levels of heights, with the ability to adapt to changing environmental conditions.
  • Ability to lift objects weighing approximately 60lbs, with the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.
  • Mobility necessary to continually traverse stairs to different levels as needed, with the ability to adapt to changing environmental conditions.

Education:
  • High School Diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent work experience, with a focus on developing relevant skills and knowledge.

Technical:
  • Yearly Turret Truck certification, with the ability to operate equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Yearly RC Truck certification, with the ability to operate equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Yearly Stock Picker certification, with the ability to operate equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Yearly Pallet Rider certification, with the ability to operate equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Operation of (RF) handheld scanner, with the ability to use technology safely and efficiently.
  • Operation of handheld Printer and P.C., with the ability to use technology safely and efficiently.
  • P.C. Skills, with the ability to learn and utilize software programs as needed.

Physical Requirements:
  • Acceptable vision to perform job functions, with the ability to see and perceive visual information accurately.
  • Must be able to lift and move 60lbs, with the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.
  • Mobility necessary to work all levels of building, with the ability to adapt to changing environmental conditions.
  • Ability to stand 90% of day if required by job function, with the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.
  • Always maintain control of moving equipment, with the ability to operate safely and efficiently.
