Job Title: Design Engineer

BKF Engineers is seeking a highly skilled Design Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and developing transportation projects, site development, and residential and commercial subdivisions.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform geometric calculations and plotting for cross-sections, profiles, and other project requirements.
  • Conduct routine hydraulics calculations and site grading calculations.
  • Utilize computer and CAD systems to design and develop projects.
  • Research and collect data from public agencies to support project development.
Qualifications:

We are looking for a candidate with 0-3 years of experience in site development and design of residential and commercial subdivisions, utility systems, and roadways. A B.S. in Civil Engineering or related field from an ABET Accredited Curriculum or equivalent is required. EIT/FE certification is preferred, and experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D is a plus.

Pay:

The typical base salary range for this position is $77,000 - $100,000 annualized, depending on skills, experience, education, and geographical location. This is an hourly position paid biweekly.
