LuxorLink Staffing is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support our recruitment efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating interview scheduling, preparing offer letters, and administering our application tracking system.
Key Responsibilities- Schedule Interviews: Ensure timely and accurate scheduling of phone, video, and onsite interviews, as well as reserving conference rooms for interviews.
- Coordinate Logistics: Arrange special arrangements and logistics for interviews, including availability monitoring.
- Prepare Offer Letters: Prepare and distribute offer packages for new hires, including collection of required pre-employment paperwork and I-9 documentation.
- Track Pre-Employment Procedures: Coordinate all required pre-employment procedures for new hires and temporary staff, including background check appointments and drug screening exams.
- Support Onboarding: Assist with new employee onboarding activities, such as communications with new hires and providing information to IT and security as needed.
- Manage Application Tracking System: Serve as an administrator of our application tracking system.
- Maintain Requisition Files: Create and maintain requisition files, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Review Requisitions: Quality assurance and review of requisitions assigned within your business unit.
- Track Special Payments: Responsible for tracking special payments, such as sign-on and employee referral bonuses.
- Support Recruiting Events: Act as support for special recruiting events, including job fairs, on-campus recruiting, and on-site events.
- Process Improvement: Assist in the design, development, and implementation of improved processes and procedures for the overall recruitment function.
- Candidate Sourcing: Source, identify, and recruit potential candidates for various programs, including summer internship positions, the pipeline program, temporary staff, and some full-time positions cross multiple disciplines.
- Education: Bachelor's or associate degree preferred.
- Experience: 1-3 years of recruitment support experience, customer service, administrative, or related work experience preferred.
- Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate policies and information, knowing when to escalate questions or issues.
- Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to details and accuracy of data, ability to prioritize and follow through on requests.
The estimated annual salary for this role is $60,000-$70,000 based on industry standards and the location of LuxorLink Staffing.
