Role Overview

As a key member of our delivery teams, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless customer onboarding and feedback integration. Your expertise will be instrumental in deploying our proprietary ML platform across multiple cloud service providers and on-premise customer environments. You will work closely with customers' engineering and IT professionals to ensure compliance with security requirements and develop solutions for integrating our platform with their existing CAE, PLM, and control systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with internal users and customers to understand technical project requirements
  • Deploy custom-tailored software solutions using AI technologies for advanced engineering applications
  • Work within cross-functional delivery teams to improve the product and platform
  • Drive the technical direction of PhysicsX's proprietary platform based on customer interactions and rapid prototyping
  • Apply and improve software engineering best practices and standards, coaching colleagues in their adoption
Requirements
  • 1+ years of relevant work experience
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze issues quickly
  • Software engineering concepts and best practices
  • Experience with public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Managing and deploying scalable Kubernetes workloads
  • Security best practices for workloads in the cloud (IAM)
  • Familiarity with high-level machine learning concepts
