Relief Counselor

We are seeking a Relief Counselor to join our team. As a Relief Counselor, you will provide support and guidance to individuals with developmental disabilities and mental health challenges. You will work closely with our team to develop and implement individualized plans, provide counseling and therapy, and ensure the highest level of care and support.

• Provide counseling and therapy to individuals with developmental disabilities and mental health challenges
• Develop and implement individualized plans to meet the unique needs of each individual
• Work closely with our team to ensure the highest level of care and support
• Provide support and guidance to individuals and their families
• Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and good driving record
• Caring and energetic attitude
• Able to lift, push, and pull 25 pounds
