Job Title: Director of Surgical Services

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Director of Surgical Services to lead our surgical team at Net2Source. As a Director of Surgical Services, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our surgical department, ensuring that all surgical procedures are conducted in a safe and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the surgical department, including scheduling, staffing, and supply management.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication and coordination of surgical procedures.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of surgical procedures, including patient data, surgical outcomes, and quality metrics.
  • Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and surgical outcomes.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a team of skilled surgical professionals to ensure the highest level of patient care.
  • Develop and manage budgets to ensure efficient use of resources and optimal patient care.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in surgical services leadership, including experience in a hospital or healthcare setting.
  • Proven track record of improving surgical outcomes, reducing costs, and enhancing patient satisfaction.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of surgical professionals.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive quality improvement initiatives.
