Job Description

We are seeking an experienced leader to join our Global Benefits team as a Director of Employee Benefits. This role will be responsible for driving operational excellence and process improvements within our Center of Expertise (COE) operations.

About the Role

This is a critical position that requires a strong track record in benefits administration and leadership. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing benefits-related projects, vendor partnerships, and operational efficiency initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of strategic plans to improve COE operations, including benefits enrollment, life cycle events, compliance actions, and benefits technology advancements.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and implement design and operational changes, ensuring seamless execution and employee satisfaction.
  • Prioritize partnership with Shared Services, establishing key metrics to enhance the end-to-end employee benefits journey, balancing traditional support services with a commitment to creating a delightful experience.
  • Advocate for benefits operations improvements and represent the Benefits COE team in initiatives aimed at enhancing overall benefits experiences, including AI capabilities and employee support models.
  • Support annual Open Enrollment event planning and execution, ensuring a smooth experience for employees.
  • Lead M&A benefits work in collaboration with Total Rewards and HR M&A teams, staying up-to-date on benefits regulatory changes and providing regular updates to leaders and the team.
  • Advises on technology improvement needs, prioritizing HR organization initiatives and leading technology prioritization exercises.
  • Foster a sustainable benefits vendor onboarding experience, streamlining processes through collaboration with Sourcing & Procurement, legal, and relevant departments.
  • Efficiently respond to employee inquiries from Salesforce's Shared Services team, ensuring clear communication.
