About the Job

This is an exciting opportunity to join our retail store team as a team supervisor. In this role, you'll be responsible for supervising associates, providing excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise associates and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with managers and co-workers to develop and implement processes and practices to meet business needs.
  • Provide excellent customer service by acknowledging members, identifying their needs, and assisting them with purchasing decisions.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to safety and security protocols.
  • Analyze data and make informed decisions to drive sales growth and improve operational efficiency.
Salary Range

The estimated salary range for this position is $20.00 to $28.00 per hour, depending on location and experience.

Requirements
  • 6 months retail experience, including operating front-end equipment.
