Job Description
  • We are seeking a Full-Time Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team in [city/state location of position]. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing customer service activities and initiatives for a broad range of products, services, and problem resolution across multiple channels.
  • The successful candidate will deliver exceptional customer experiences by receiving, investigating, and responding to customer inquiries regarding products, services, and issues via all channels.
  • This role involves resolving customer service inquiries and issues, recommending appropriate solutions, and referring complex or reoccurring issues to senior representatives.
Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction consistent with PNC's core values.
  • Demonstrate commitment to quality through customer and service partner interactions.
  • Document customer interactions and complete service requests to minimize customer effort or additional action.
Requirements
  • Customer Focused - Knowledgeable of the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions.
  • Managing Risk - Assessing and effectively managing all of the risks associated with business objectives and activities.
  • Effective Communications - Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools, and techniques.
  • Fraud Detection and Prevention - Knowledge of and ability to utilize processes, tools, and techniques for detecting, addressing, and preventing fraudulent situations.
  • Tech Savvy - Advise, educate, and engage clients on technological tools and resources.

Benefits and Compensation
