About the Opportunity

As a Clinical Rehabilitation Specialist at UofL Health- Frazier Rehabilitation Hospital - Brownsboro, you will be part of an interdisciplinary team providing comprehensive care to patients in need of continued rehabilitation. Our state-of-the-art facility offers a supportive environment for patients to recover from various conditions such as stroke, brain injury, and orthopedic injuries.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough patient assessments to identify areas of improvement
  • Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs
  • Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
  • Participate in performance improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
Requirements
  • Bachelor's and Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA or eligibility to participate as an ASHA Clinical Fellow
  • Licensure in state or eligibility
  • Current BLS/CPR certification
