Project Manager for Heavy Civil Earthworks

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Engineer or Assistant Project Manager to join our team at Jobot. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of our earthwork and wet utility projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Work closely with project managers and general superintendents to ensure quality control and compliance with project specifications.
* Assist in facilitating project subcontractors and suppliers buyout, including the preparation and issuance of purchase orders.
* Provide support with project document control, including the review and approval of RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
Additional Responsibilities
* Assist with quantity take-offs and the preparation of Agtek reports.
* Provide oversight and mentoring of engineering staff, including the coordination of documentation and final payments.
* Assist with the preparation and maintenance of project schedules and costing systems.
Requirements
* A construction or civil engineering related degree is preferred, with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, MS Projects, and Outlook is required.
* Knowledge of software such as SharpeSoft, Agtek, and Bluebeam is a plus.
