As a Greeter/Counter Desk Associate, you will play a vital role in creating an exceptional experience for our guests. Your primary responsibility will be to manage the first impression of our venue, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere that sets the tone for a memorable visit.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone. You will be responsible for managing the waitlist, tracking availability, and assigning lanes, shoes, and equipment as needed. Additionally, you will assist guests with basic bowling instruction and operate our point-of-sale system, central panel, computers, and public address system.

We are seeking individuals who possess a high school diploma or equivalent, with proven success in previous roles. Experience in restaurant or hospitality is desirable but not required. Our ideal candidate will have excellent telephone etiquette, be able to work a flexible schedule, and meet the minimum age requirement to serve alcohol.

In return for your hard work, you can expect a competitive hourly rate of $15, paid weekly.
