We are seeking a highly skilled Statistical Programmer Lead to join our team at Takeda Development Center Americas, Inc. in Lexington, MA.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Math, Computer Science, or related field, or a Bachelor's degree with 8 years of related experience.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Program analysis and quality control checks of analysis datasets, dataset specifications, statistical tables, figures, and listings for clinical trials.
  • Creating standard macros that can be adapted to multiple studies.
  • Leading and organizing study level programming and oversight activities for analysis of clinical trial data, ensuring quality and timeliness.
  • Preparing deliverables for regulatory submission to FDA/EMA/PMDA or other agencies.
  • Performing statistical analysis using various SAS procedures.

The successful candidate will have excellent programming skills, strong analytical abilities, and excellent communication skills.

Takeda offers a competitive salary of $145,000 to $223,200 per year, with up to 100% telecommuting allowed from any location in the U.S.
