Job Title: Sales Administrator

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to support our team with quotes, project proposals, light bookkeeping, and other IT-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare product quotes for clients
  • Assist in putting together project proposals
  • Review monthly vendor bills to verify clients are being invoiced accurately
  • Order hardware and software from approved quotes
  • Light bookkeeping – Accounts Receivable, deposits, light collections
  • Software license and warrantee renewals
  • Set up and manage billing portal for clients
  • Product returns and resolution of procurement issues
  • Light HR administration (insurance signups, etc.)

Requirements:

  • Highly structured with serious attention to detail – thinks like an auditor
  • Willing and able to follow processes consistently and efficiently
  • Able to work independently, but interfaces well with the team when needed
  • MS Office proficiency
  • Quickbooks experience
  • Familiarity with small business technology

Nice to Have:

Experience with Connectwise, ConnectBooster, Microsoft licensing
