Aerotek is seeking a skilled Maintenance Specialist to oversee and perform complex maintenance and repair tasks for machinery, equipment, and facilities in Eldridge, IA.

Job Summary

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in troubleshooting, repair, and preventative maintenance of CNC machines and other equipment. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a team environment are essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues in machinery and equipment.
  • Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure optimal operation of CNC machines, manual machines, and other equipment.
  • Manage and execute maintenance projects to improve efficiency and safety.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, and other work-related documents.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards in all maintenance tasks.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in troubleshooting, repair, and preventative maintenance of CNC machines and other equipment.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
  • Experience with PLC troubleshooting.
  • Ability to read and understand blueprints and electrical schematics.
  • High level of attention to detail and adaptability.
