Kitchen Steward

Job Summary:

The Kitchen Steward is responsible for maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment, ensuring that all guests have an excellent experience. This includes cleaning and sanitizing all kitchen equipment, food storage areas, and utensils.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize all kitchen equipment, food storage areas, and utensils.
• Manage trash and garbage, including separating and cleaning cans.
• Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
• Complete regular sanitization/disinfection of all kitchen and food and beverage work areas.
• Assist with food dish-up, set-up sheets, and set-up and break-down for various events.

Requirements:

• Prior related experience.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Food Safety certificate or complete training during initial 90 days.
• ServSafe certification.
