  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns related to insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
  • Promote successful and long-lasting customer relationships through proactive marketing of relevant products and services.
Requirements
  • Experience in sales, preferably in outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing roles.
  • Proven ability to manage client relationships and a strong interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs.
  • Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and listening abilities.
  • Dedication to providing exceptional customer service and a strong ability to anticipate customer needs.
