Mental Health Specialist

MEDICORP INC is seeking a dedicated Staff Psychologist to join our team. As a key member of our Mental Health Center, you will provide high-quality psychological evaluation, intervention, and consultation services to patients in need.
About the Role
As a Staff Psychologist at MEDICORP INC, your primary responsibilities will include conducting comprehensive psychological evaluations, providing individual, family, and group therapy sessions, and offering consultation services to other healthcare professionals as needed. You will work closely with patients and their families to identify and address mental health needs, utilizing evidence-based treatments and therapies to achieve optimal outcomes.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will possess a Doctorate Degree in Psychology (preferable) or a License Psychological Associate with a minimum Master's degree from an accredited institution. Additionally, you must hold a current license issued by the North Carolina Psychology Board, with specialized training and expertise in evidenced-based treatment. A minimum of one to two years of experience in psychological assessment and therapy is required, preferably in a medical setting.
Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary of $ $104,000/year, commensurate with experience.
