Compensation and Benefits Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation and Benefits Manager to manage our semi-monthly payroll utilizing ADP, including commissions, bonus, vacation, and compliance reports. This individual will also be responsible for administering all benefit plans, managing benefit enrollment, changes, and terms, as well as negotiating benefits with brokers.
The ideal candidate will have experience in small to mid-size companies, with a strong background in Benefit and Payroll administration. A Bachelor's degree in HRM, Business, or a related field is required, along with 2+ years of experience using ADP WFN or UKG.

Key Responsibilities:- Manage semi-monthly payroll utilizing ADP, including commissions, bonus, vacation, and compliance reports
- Administer all benefit plans, including benefit enrollment, changes, and terms
- Negotiate benefits with brokers and manage open enrollment
- Manage HRIS platform, leading representative and liaison between HR and IT, vendors, and stakeholders for HRIS transition
- Experience in small to mid-size companies
- Strong background in Benefit and Payroll administration
- Bachelor's degree in HRM, Business, or a related field
