BlueTriton Brands, a leading branded beverage company in North America, is seeking an HR Generalist to support our Maine Product Supply teams. This role will be based in Southern Maine and will report to the Hollis HR Manager.

The successful candidate will provide guidance on employee relations, recruitment, and workforce planning, as well as support associate experience, Onboarding, and HR compliance.

Job Description- Key Responsibilities:
- • Provide direction to the bench development process for all team members, including performance management, career development, and workforce planning.
- • Support regional recruiting for front-line and leadership positions, ensuring full compliance, strong diversity, and effective selection.
- • Assist in developing and executing our people plan, including 10 Operating Principle (People and PM's) Employee feedback programs, leadership assessments, and leadership development meetings.
- • Provide guidance on employee relations, including fact finding, handling differences, and developing win/win solutions.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Key Qualifications:
- • 3+ years' experience in human resources, preferably in a dynamic HR department.
- • Ability to travel to Hollis or Poland, Maine, rotating locations each week.
- • Strong discernment and HR experience, with a demonstrable track record as a HR partner in an operations environment.
- • Knowledge of state and federal employment law, including HR technical knowledge of EEO, AA, FMLA, ADA, unemployment, and worker's compensation.
We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000-$80,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
