Sales Director Responsibilities

This exciting opportunity offers a chance to work with a dynamic team, promoting their international project and developing sales & marketing activities to expand their presence in assigned territories. Key responsibilities include:
  • Actively promoting their international project.
  • Planning, monitoring, and analyzing key metrics for day-to-day team performance to ensure targets and KPIs are met.
  • Maintaining and developing relationships with key partners in assigned territory.

Requirements:

To be considered for this position, you should have excellent knowledge of the region's travel market, reliable market contacts within the industry, and an understanding of tourism and main online booking systems. Strong leadership skills and successful team management experience are also essential. Additionally, proficiency in English language and willingness for business trips (20 - 30% of working time may be needed for market visits or to attend events) are highly desirable.

A competitive salary of $120,000 per year reflects the importance of this role.
