Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Medical Assistant/LPN/EMT to join our team at HealthPartners. As a valued member of our clinical staff, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional patient care and services.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide medical care and support to patients under the supervision of licensed healthcare professionals
- Conduct pre-visit planning, visit process, and other workflows as per the Care Model Process
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulations
- Perform routine office procedures and testing in the ambulatory care setting, adhering to safety protocols and universal precautions
- Stock and clean examination rooms between patients, and sterilize/clean equipment and instruments as needed
- Monitor and request supplies to ensure proper inventory and avoid service interruptions

Qualifications
- LPN (Current MN License), or CMA with Current AAMA Certificate, or RMA with Current AMT Certificate, or Medical Assistant Non Certified completion of an accredited program, or Graduate of an accredited EMT program with current EMT license
- CPR Certification required and maintained
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and maintain effective working relationships with patients, medical staff, and the public
