We are seeking a compassionate Behavioral Health Support Specialist to join our team at Lighthouse Behavioral Health Solutions in Whitehall, OH.

Job SummaryThis role supports individuals in recovery by providing guidance, monitoring, and daily tasks under the supervision of our clinical teams. You will collaborate with various departments to foster a supportive and effective recovery environment.
Duties and Responsibilities- Provide personalized support and guidance to clients in Residential treatment.
- Monitor client progress and ensure adherence to program guidelines.
- Accurately complete billing and documentation in a timely manner.
- Participate in community activities representing the professional image of Lighthouse.
- Maintain detailed notes and communicate daily shift updates with Client Care Advocate Lead, clinical, and medical teams as needed.
- Serve as a mentor, advocate, and motivator, promoting a positive rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with associates, family members, social service agencies, and other job-related contacts.
- Prioritize problem-solving skills and adapt to client needs, directing daily activities accordingly.
- Ensure effective care coordination and clear communication with internal and community treatment teams.
- Assist with facility management, including coordinating meals and housekeeping duties.
- Engage in clinical treatment activities and ensure compliance with HIPAA and 42 CFR provisions.
- Minimum high school diploma or G.E.D
- Previous experience in client advocacy, PCA, or similar roles.
- Familiarity with Electronic Health Records systems.
- Passing background checks, Corporate Compliance checks, and employment drug screening.
$17.00 - $24.81 per hour, depending on experience
