**Overview of the Role**

This is an exciting opportunity to join Senior Helpers of Southwest Pittsburgh as a Client Services Coordinator. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to the growth and development of our clients.

**Estimated Salary:** $35,000 - $45,000 per year

**Responsibilities:**

  • Confirm client satisfaction with services and communicate findings to the owner.
  • Distribute and administer client newsletters to keep them informed about our services.
  • Coordinate client activities such as field trips and in-home events to promote engagement and well-being.
  • Respond to service inquiries and follow up with leads to meet revenue goals.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and promote added hours through the sale of gift certificates and other offerings.
  • Support the owner in generating internal growth by developing strategies to increase client retention and acquisition.
  • Maintain regular communication with new clients to ensure they feel welcome and supported.
  • Introduce caregivers to clients and facilitate smooth transitions.
  • Visit clients as directed by the owner to assess their needs and provide feedback.
  • Send birthday cards to clients to show appreciation and build relationships.
  • Be willing to accept occasional care shifts as needed to support client care.
**Qualifications:**
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong phone skills and follow-up abilities to engage with prospects, clients, and client families.
  • Proactive problem prevention and issue resolution leadership ability to address client concerns promptly.
  • Minimum six months experience in a customer service role, preferably in the healthcare or social services industry.
  • Bachelor's degree and one year of related work experience are strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Internet, and Outlook required. Ability to learn other software programs quickly.
  • Strong verbal communication skills, especially using the telephone.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
