Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to our Chief Executive Officer and senior leaders within the organization. This role will involve facilitating travel arrangements, scheduling meetings, and performing various clerical tasks to support business operations.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and maintain the CEO's calendar, including scheduling meetings and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Provide support to the senior leadership team with coordination of meetings and travel arrangements.
- Work closely with the parent company, Montana Technologies, and the Board of Directors.
- Prepare agendas, reports, and presentations, developing content in conjunction with the CEO.
- Assist with planning and executing special projects or tasks, researching, and gathering information.
- Open, sort, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail, scanning documents and invoices accordingly.
- Manage office equipment and supply levels, ordering when necessary.
- Organize company events, meetings, and team-building activities, supporting logistics and communications.
- Use discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.
- Minimum Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred.
- Minimum Experience: 2+ years of experience in an administrative role, executive assistant experience preferred.
