Job Summary: We are seeking a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant to join our team at Ultimate Therapy Inc. in a skilled nursing facility setting.

About the Role: As a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant, you will work closely with our therapy team to develop and implement treatment plans that meet the individual needs of our patients. You will observe, assess, and document progress in a timely manner, while communicating effectively with the therapy team, patient, and family.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement treatment plans that meet the individual needs of patients
  • Observe, assess, and document progress in a timely manner
  • Communicate effectively with the therapy team, patient, and family
  • Work collaboratively with the therapy team to achieve patient goals

Requirements:

  • Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) license
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
