Administrative Assistant for Asset Management Group

We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our team in the Asset Management Group at SIFMA.

This role requires a high energy individual with experience in proactive calendar management, who can prioritize and manage assignments with multiple Managing Directors.

The successful candidate will be responsible for routine administrative duties, including preparing correspondence, expense reports, and maintaining workstream documents.

They will also coordinate travel arrangements, communicate with SIFMA members and government officials, and produce accurate documents under tight deadlines.

Additionally, the candidate will assist in editing and formatting comment letters, board subcommittee agendas, and other workstream documents.

They will maintain complex calendars, schedule appointments, meetings, and conference calls, and coordinate arrangements for in-person meetings.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years of administrative support experience.

They will possess strong communication skills, excellent administrative, organizational, and time management skills, and a full working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 - $75,000, medical, dental, and vision insurance plans, life and AD&D insurance, and a 401(k) with employer contribution.

Eligible employees can work remotely up to 2 days per week and enjoy a mobile subsidy and commuter subsidy.
