Milk Transfer Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Milk Transfer Specialist to join our team at Dairy Farmers of America. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient transfer of fluid products from tanker trucks into storage tanks.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform CIP (Cleaning-In-Place) on each tanker and silo while maintaining accurate documentation of each process.
• Gather samples of raw milk from tanker trucks for testing and quality control purposes.
• Verify the weight and temperature of milk products using scales and thermometers.
• Report any food safety or quality issues to management immediately.
• Maintain a safe working environment for employees and ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.
• Familiarize yourself with DFA good manufacturing practices (GMPs) and adhere to corporate guidelines regarding regulatory requirements.

Benefits and Compensation

This role offers a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) retirement plan and paid time off.
