Job Overview

Ninth Wave, a leading provider of secure data connectivity solutions, is seeking an experienced Sales Director to drive growth in the retail banking space. This key role will focus on identifying sales opportunities with existing clients and new logos, building relationships with senior executives, and delivering value that contributes to revenue and company success.

Responsibilities
  • Prospect and develop a pipeline of retail banking clients, upselling and cross-selling existing customer bases.
  • Sell the value and benefits of Ninth Wave's SaaS platform to senior retail banking executives.
  • Evaluate business and technical needs of prospective clients, recommending tailored solutions that address their requirements.
  • Manage the sales cycle from initial contact to contract negotiation and close, driving revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including solutions engineers, legal, finance, and executive leadership, to ensure successful closings.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience selling SaaS solutions to retail banks, with a proven track record of closing business and exceeding targets.
  • Exceptional ability to build prospect pipelines and expand existing networks.
  • Goal-oriented approach with a customer-centric solution selling philosophy.
  • A natural collaborator with strong cross-functional team skills.
  • Experience in start-ups or high-growth firms preferred, with ability to travel.
