Job Title: Account Executive - Direct Sales

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our Direct Sales team. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for building strong customer relationships and driving sales growth across our portfolio of technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute account plans to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers
  • Provide sales leadership and expertise on large, complex opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and success
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies

Requirements:

  • At least 5-8 years of experience selling technology solutions
  • Expert knowledge of market trends and competitor activity
  • Outstanding customer management and strategic selling skills
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, ambitious environment

What We Offer:

Dell Technologies is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The Total Target Compensation range for this position is $207,000, which includes base salary and commissions.

We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.
