Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Cause Marketing Manager to join our Marketing and Communications department at Rainforest Alliance Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing revenue-generating partnerships with companies and brands that align with our mission.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a comprehensive program strategy and framework for cause marketing initiatives.
  • Identify and engage with prospective companies that share our values and mission.
  • Lead negotiations with potential partners to secure mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Develop creative concepts and campaign ideas to pitch to prospects.
  • Manage a portfolio of new corporate partners and ensure they meet established revenue goals.
  • Track and evaluate the effectiveness of corporate partnerships and provide regular reports and insights.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor analysis, and emerging opportunities in corporate partnership development.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5-8 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Previous experience developing corporate partnerships in a non-profit setting is highly preferred.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to interact culturally, linguistically, and diplomatically with diverse individuals.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
