About the Role

The Administrative Coordinator position plays a vital role in the daily operations of Holt Logistics, serving as a key point of contact for our global supply chain. This position works closely with the Office Manager to coordinate shipping and receiving needs in our warehouses, ensuring seamless logistics processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Perform general office duties, including filing, data entry, and communication with various departments and customers.
  • Logistics Coordination: Maintain and evaluate rates of performance for company processes and labor force, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
  • Inventory Management: Input and track incoming and outgoing order inventories and availability, ensuring timely delivery and minimizing stock discrepancies.
  • Customer Service: Communicate with and distribute information to various departments and customers, providing exceptional service and support.
  • Process Improvement: Collaborate with the management team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Skills: Strong organization skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience: Customer service experience preferred, with the ability to obtain Transportation Workers Identification Credentials (TWIC).
Work Environment
