Your RoleYou'll be responsible for building relationships with potential customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions as an Outside Sales Representative. Your expertise in sales and project management will contribute to the company's success while ensuring smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Engagement:
- Conduct thorough property inspections, including attics and crawl spaces, to provide creative solutions.
- Build rapport with customers, guiding them through available package options using effective communication skills.
- Guide customers through the sales cycle, from presenting proposals to successfully closing deals.
- Address customer questions, concerns, and follow-up needs related to sold projects.
- Project Management:
- Provide accurate project estimates and inspection reports to the operations team in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with crew leaders to review ongoing projects, ensuring accurate information for seamless job operations.
- Sales Team Collaboration:
- Attend daily sales meetings to strategize with colleagues and managers, share best practices, and support each other in achieving sales objectives.
- Share industry knowledge, sales tactics, and customer insights to enhance the effectiveness of the sales team.
- Bonus Opportunity (Optional):
- Represent the company at trade shows to present services, generate leads, and expand the customer base.
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships to generate potential clients and enhance business opportunities.
To excel in this role, you must possess:
- A minimum of 3 years of in-person sales experience, with a proven track record of achieving sales performance targets and metrics.
- Experience with CRM systems, BuilderTrend preferred.
- The ability and willingness to perform physically demanding tasks as required.
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Enjoy a competitive compensation range of $100,000 to $150,000 per year, with a unique pay structure: first 3 months, $4,000 + commission; 100% commission with higher earnings potential.
