Culinary Leader Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Leader to join our team at Uncle Julio's. As a Culinary Leader, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen team and ensuring that our high standards of quality and service are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate our kitchen team to achieve exceptional results
  • Develop and implement effective kitchen processes and procedures
  • Ensure that all food is prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation
  • Monitor and control food costs and inventory levels
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service and excellent customer experience

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Line Cook or Sous Chef
  • Strong knowledge of kitchen processes and procedures
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays
