Nurse Practitioner

• Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and educating patients and families.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and achieve desired outcomes.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed to ensure effective treatment.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Current licensure as a Nurse in the state of practice.
• One or more years of experience in a clinical setting, preferably in a medical/surgical unit.
