You will also have the autonomy to steer your professional journey within our supportive and diverse culture.

As a Financial Consultant at Schwab, you will manage a portfolio of existing clients, offering them comprehensive wealth management and financial planning guidance. Over time, you will expand your practice through client asset consolidation, networking, and securing client referrals. If you possess a securities license, thrive in a collaborative environment, and share our dedication to client service, this role is tailored for you.

What You Have

Required Qualifications:

  • A valid and active FINRA Series 7 license is mandatory.
  • Acquisition of FINRA Series 66 (63/65) license and Life & Health Insurance will be necessary during your employment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven ability to cultivate strong relationships, foster trust, and enhance client engagement through a focused communication strategy that exceeds expectations.
  • Strong candidates will learn to leverage our team of Schwab specialists, adhere to Schwab advice guidelines, and utilize market knowledge to inspire client action toward their financial goals.
  • Willingness to manage wealth on behalf of clients, including Retirement Planning, Education Planning, Investment Management, Banking & Lending Management, Insurance & Risk Management, and Estate Planning.
  • Adaptability to implement changes as market and business conditions evolve.
  • Passion for community involvement to engage clients in discussions about market trends, sound investment principles, and optimal wealth strategies tailored to their unique situations.
  • Commitment to delivering an exceptional investor experience while pursuing your own professional growth in Wealth Management.
