Customer Service Professional

As a key member of our team at NW Staffing Resources, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our Vancouver branch, working with a friendly and dedicated group of professionals.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Handle Consumer Inquiries: Respond to consumers' inquiries in a timely, courteous, and professional manner regarding company products and services.
- Manage Warranty Submissions: Process warranty submissions and replacements, following policies with a balance of customer focus and business risk as a priority.
- Capture Consumer Feedback: Capture, report, and maintain meticulously accurate consumer feedback and communications into the company's CRM.
- Develop Product Knowledge: Develop deep product knowledge, communicating at a product expert level.
- Work Overtime: Ability to work overtime as business needs warrant may include nights and weekends.
Requirements:
- Customer Service Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service role in a call center environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM software (ZenDesk preferred).
- Communication Skills: Ability to clearly speak and be understood on the phone (30+ inbound calls per day).
- Multitasking: Experience with handling multiple chats at one time (20+ live chats a day).
- Attention to Detail: Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
