Job Description:The Fitness Coach Roseville Lead is responsible for leading all training activities at our studio in Roseville. This role requires excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to motivate and engage with clients of all fitness levels.
- Familiarize yourself with our online training modules through Rockbox University.
- Lead person in charge of in-person and remote marketing and outreach efforts.
- Manage and arrange prospective customer orientations, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.
- Engage with prospective customers while they are in the studio, answering any questions they may have and providing demonstrations of our classes.
- Attend weekly team meetings to stay informed about studio operations and client needs.
- Familiarize yourself with our Club Ready Program (class booking platform).
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations of our studio in collaboration with the studio manager. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing all training staff, including scheduling and evaluating their performance.
- Creating and maintaining class schedules to meet the needs of our clients.
- Working closely with the General Manager to increase studio utilization and workout traffic.
- Providing exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Maintaining a clean and orderly studio environment.
- Leading a minimum of 20 classes per week, including delivering pre-designed workouts.
- Auditing at least two classes per week, providing feedback and guidance to trainers on areas for improvement.
- Contributing to social media efforts by creating engaging content and promoting our services.
As a Fitness Coach Roseville Lead, you will be expected to model the behavior we expect from our clients, embodying our core values of F.A.S.T.E.R. You will be the subject matter expert when it comes to training and fitness, and you will be responsible for staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.
