Nursing Specialist for Medically Fragile Patients

Aveanna Healthcare is a leading provider of home health services, dedicated to delivering exceptional care to medically fragile children and adults. As a Private Duty Nurse, you will play a vital role in making a positive impact on our patients' lives.
About the Role:
- Implement physician-prescribed plans of care
- Conduct patient assessments and coordinate care
- Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies
- Maintain timely and compliant documentation
- Health promotion, teaching, and training of family members
- Collaborate with physicians, clients, family members, staff, and Case Manager on client issues
Requirements:
- Active, unencumbered license (RN/LPN/LVN) in the state of practice
- CPR certification from American Red Cross or American Heart Association
- TB skin test within the last 12 months
- Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred
